Project Murder House:
In 1985, a psychic young man, Brandon, leaves his old life and its problems behind to begin again in Amberfield, Illinois, an up-and-coming town. With limited funds, he rents a house only to discover that it’s filled with ghosts, which no one suspects to have been the victims of murder.
In an attempt to save his sanity he seeks out that which tethers the spirits to this world so he can destroy the anchors and live in peace; all the while, making friends and collecting clues that lead him on the path to discover the identity of the murderer.
