About The Writer

Hi,

I’m CharlieCCThomas. I’m a writer and aspiring author with a pension for fantasy. As a linguaphile, logophile and amateur conlanger (J.R.R Tolkien as a major inspiration), words and languages permeate my work – though not obtusely. I’m a Land O Lakes, FL native – along with most of my family and friends – and proud owner of a beautiful mutt, who’s father is a mystery, and was the only pup of her litter born in my parents’ bed at 2 a.m.

Reading wasn’t my first love – that was art – but when reading found me, I took off with it. J.R.R. Tolkien, Narnia, and the Spiderwick Chronicles fueled my childhood love of the fantastical until one day a story vomited out of my fingertips. It wasn’t a good story, but then another followed, and another; each building the vision of my fantasies. Now, with a firm grasp of fantasy and mythology from millennia past, I charge into the dark with pen in hand to set my work aflight into the world… I hope you love them as much as I do.
